  • 15 years of global experience designing and building over 10-million square feet of data center facilities.
  • 15 years of design, consulting and construction experience, managing numerous projects for critical facilities; 10 years of experience executing projects under a critical MOP process.
  • 22 years of ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING and CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT in Commercial-Industrial-Corporate-Government.
  • 35 years of broad range of tenant real estate advisory services to his clients, including:  Lease and purchase transaction management, Ongoing lease administration, and landlord relations support.
  • 30 years of corporate real estate services representing both tenants and landlords in a broad spectrum of services from Transaction Management to Corporate Services.

  • 23 years of experience  in  accounting  operations and settlement and closing services in the real  estate  development  industry.
