Roxanne Petteway

CEO / President

Roxanne Petteway is the President and CEO of Petteway Management Group (PETTEWAY). She has a broad combination of experience in construction project management, cost management, compliance and real estate operations management. Her career spans more than 20 years of experience in the construction and real estate development industries, including 10 years in Construction Management support on active construction and engineering projects for a diverse field of project types which include institutional, commercial, utility, aviation, water, residential and education. After a decade in real estate development working for corporate America, she established Petteway Management Group and has assembled a team of CM/PM/PCM practitioners to bring turn-key solutions for their clients by combining their compliance and risk management expertise with project management best practices. Prior to establishing Petteway Management Group in 2010, Ms. Petteway held various management positions in the real estate industry working for some of the largest firms and Fortune 500 companies in the real estate development and title industries.

Ms. Petteway earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Pepperdine University, Graziadio School of Business and Management.

Professional and Community Service Affiliations

MS. PETTEWAY is a two-time recipient of the Woman of the Year Award granted to her by the California State Legislature. SHE has served in leadership positions for multiple non-profit organizations including but not limited to the Coalition to Improve Education, an organization she founded which established literacy programs in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties for at-risk youth; the Temecula Chamber of Commerce Student of the Month Program and the Lake Elsinore Chamber of Commerce Student of the Month Programs where she served Chair; Board Member of the San Gabriel Valley Escrow Association, a local charter of the California Escrow Association; and in multiple leadership positions at her church including Secretary and Treasurer. She currently serves as the Treasurer of the Central San Diego Black Chamber of Commerce; is a member of the American Association of Blacks in Energy, the National Association of Professional Women and the Pepperdine University Black Alumni Association. SHE HAS SPOKEN BEFORE CONGRESS, THE CALIFORNIA STATE LEGISLATURE AND BEFORE NUMEROUS OTHER BOARDS AND ORGANIZATIONS INCLUDING the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners annual meeting.

She was featured on the cover of the Sempra (SDG&E) Annual DIVERSE BUSINESS Report (DBE) as a success story for delivering the firms independent Prime DBE subcontractor audit.
